Reputation System Empty Reputation System

The reputation system is simple.  On the far right of every post and message you should see a '+' above a line and a '-' under it.  When you read a post you can rate it good (the plus) or bad (the minus), which affects a persons reputation level.  Overtime there will be a certain list of rewards for reaching certain reputation levels.
